EuroCork Wall Design provides a 30 day return policy from date of delivery for products which have not been used or modified and are considered standard stock products. All returned product must be sent to the originating EuroCork Wall Design shipping facility and require a twenty percent (25%) restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping or freight charges that may apply. EuroCork Wall Design does not provide style substitution, exchanges, or deposit refunds on cancellations for products that are considered “special orders”. All sales are final on products that require “special order” and not normally stocked by EuroCork Wall Design. All special ordered products will require a 50% deposit.

In order to return product you must contact EuroCork Wall Design for authorization which will need to be clearly labelled and/or notated on the outside of each carton. Returns may take up to fifteen (15) days to process.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via the same notification method.

Any refund application that is approved will then prompt your refund to be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days from the delivery date of your return shipment. The refund will be for the total order amount minus, tax, shipping and the twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Once your refund has been issued we will send you an email to notify you of the amount refunded.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1599 Derwent Way, Delta BC, V3M6K8. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot provide any guarantee that we will receive your returned item; this is the sole responsibility of the shipping or freight service that you choose to use.
